Going to Church
Once in awhile I enjoy doing a painting using a limited pallet. Today I decided to use a combination of dapple grey, black and white. Adding colorful objects such as people to the otherwise quiet background makes them pop. I hope you like the end result. "Going to Church" is 8" x 10".

Harvest Time
Roadside stands selling fresh fruits and vegetables are everywhere in the Annapolis Valley at this time of year. Harvest is in full swing, and everyone is enjoying the fresh produce. "Harvest Time" is 11" x 14". Hope to see you at the Farmer's and Trader's Market in Annapolis Royal tomorrow. It opens at 8 am.

Cattle Farm in the Valley
This scene is so tranquil that I love to paint it. I enjoy hard winters with lots of snow, and always delight in seeing cattle grazing outdoors on a cold day. "Cattle Farm in the Valley" is 9" x 12". Drop by my website at www.mnewmanfolkart.com and check out some of my new work.
