Going to Church

Once in awhile I enjoy doing a painting using a limited pallet.  Today I decided to use a combination of dapple grey, black and white.  Adding colorful objects such as people to the otherwise quiet background makes them pop.  I hope you like the end result.  "Going to Church" is 8" x 10".

Life in the Valley

What more could more enjoyable than to spend a summer day in the Annapolis Valley.  "Life in the Valley" is 11" x 14" and depicts such a day.

Delivering Hay

It won't be long and we will be seeing farmers gathering hay.  I love the smell of freshly cut grass.  Tomorrow is the "third" Farmer's and Trader's Market in Annapolis and I will be there this Saturday.  Drop by my booth and say hello.

June

June is such a pretty month here in Nova Scotia.  If the weather is right, some of the farmers are harvesting their first crop of hay, and the apple blossoms are in full view.  "June" is 11" x 14".  If you would like more details or to purchase this painting click here.

Fish for Supper

It's a great day for ice fishing here in the valley.  The sun is shining and the temperature is perfect.  "Fish for Supper" is 6" x 12".
