Bringing Home the Lobster
Everyday boats loaded down with lobster make their way to shore, and on to market. I am really looking forward to a "lobster feed". "Bringing Home the Lobster" is 8" x 16".

Lobster Fishing
It is a busy time for lobster fishermen along the bay shore. The colorful boats grace the water and the orange crustaceans grace our plates:). "Lobster Fishing" is 5" x 10".

Coming in on the Tide
It is time again to start preparing for galleries and markets for the 2013 season. This painting is actually of Sandy Cove although I have changed the perspective on the houses in the background (creative licence:) It is quiet on the bay this time of year, but soon it will be back to a steady stream of vessels coming in and out the wharf on the tide. This painting entitled "Coming in on the Tide" is 8" x 24".

Hall's Harbour
Tomorrow is the 17th Annual Horton Harvest Craft Fair at Horton High School in Greenwich from 9 - 4. I will be bringing multiple new paintings to the venue along with this earlier one of Hall's Harbour. (It spent the summer at Kingsbrae Folk Art Gallery in Saint Andrews.) I will also have cards, prints, and a calendar made from my original paintings. Hope to see you there.

End of Season
I am certainly enjoying painting fall scenes. It is a beautiful autumn day here on the shore and it promises to be nice again tomorrow. A cruise ship will be visiting Digby tomorrow and I will be there selling my paintings. If you are in the area, drop by and see this painting entitled "End of Season" ( 7" x 9") along with many other originals, prints, cards and calendars. I will be there from 12 - 8.
