A Country Scene

I love painting valley scenes, especially farms, homes, and churches in a small village.  This painting entitled “A Country Scene” is just such a place.  I hope it makes you dream of walking up the church steps, meandering across the bridge, or riding on the hay wagon.  “A Country Scene” is 8” x 16”.

Walk Your Horses

I found an old postcard of a covered bridge, and decided it warranted a painting. Although most of the bridges in Nova Scotia have been upgraded to new style structures, there are still a few covered bridges in the province. This painting which is 7” x 9” is named for the directions posted on the bridge – Walk Your Horses.
